DJ KYD & Co. collects the information you choose to share through our inquiry form, including your contact details and event plans. We use it to respond to your inquiry, check availability, prepare recommendations, and communicate about your event.

How information is handled

Inquiry details may be stored by our website hosting and database providers, sent through our email provider so our team can reply, and transferred to HoneyBook when our customer-relationship automation is connected. We also collect limited first-party website activity such as pages viewed, visit timing, referral source, campaign tags, form progress, contact-button clicks, device category, and approximate city or region. This helps us improve planning information and understand which services visitors are considering. When you submit an inquiry, your earlier first-party visit activity may be connected to that inquiry so Kyd can provide a more relevant response. We do not store a visitor’s raw IP address in the dashboard, sell personal information, or identify an anonymous visitor by name before they contact us.

Optional behavior analytics

If privacy-masked behavior analytics are enabled in the future, they will load only after you choose to allow them. Private dashboard, planner, and thank-you pages are excluded. You may decline without affecting your ability to browse the site or submit an inquiry.
