We confirm each space, ceiling conditions, floor plan, guest count, sound limits, and the relationship between ceremony, cocktails, dinner, and dancing.
Access + timing
Load-in routes, elevators, stairs, parking, dock access, setup windows, room flips, breakdown rules, and venue contacts are documented before event day.
Power + placement
Dedicated power, safe cable paths, speaker positions, lighting placement, projection distance, screen visibility, and weather protection are reviewed.
Cue ownership
The final plan identifies who calls entrances, speeches, formal dances, lighting changes, video playback, cultural moments, and other production cues.

Can you support musicians?+
Yes. When a couple, planner, or venue hires musicians directly, DJ KYD & Co. can coordinate approved connections to our sound system, microphones, playback, and cues when the technical requirements are provided in advance. We do not book, contract, schedule, or guarantee outside musicians.
Do you have lighting truss?+
Yes. Lighting truss is available for suitable productions. Placement, footprint, fixture selection, power, ceiling clearance, venue permission, and setup time are confirmed before it is included.
Can you provide projectors and screens?+
Yes. Short-throw projectors and screens can support monograms, branded visuals, presentations, slideshows, music video, and approved event content. Room brightness, throw distance, screen size, content format, and sightlines are reviewed first.
How early does production setup begin?+
Setup depends on the scope. Smaller productions may require at least 90 minutes, while multi-space sound, truss, lighting, projection, atmospheric effects, and booths may require up to three hours or a venue-specific production window.
