Production planning questions
Do you provide sound and lighting for holiday events in Puerto Rico?
Yes. We accept inquiries for company holiday parties, Christmas celebrations, New Year’s events and municipal holiday programs. Availability, equipment, crew and the final scope are confirmed in a written proposal.
Are your equipment and crew in Puerto Rico?
Yes. We have equipment and crew in Puerto Rico, with a base in Mayagüez. Transport, staffing and site requirements are reviewed for each event.
Can municipalities request a quote?
Yes. Municipal teams can share their event brief and purchasing requirements. Supplier registration, required documents and contracting steps are confirmed with the municipality; sending an inquiry does not represent an award or contract.
Can you support an outdoor event or live performers?
We review the site, power, weather protection, sound limits and performer technical riders before agreeing to support. Staging, structural rigging, generators and other third-party services must be explicitly scoped and confirmed.
How much does event production cost?
