Choose music for guest arrival, wedding-party processional, the final entrance, traditions or readings when appropriate, and the recessional. Confirm the exact artist or version, starting point, and cue person.
Cocktail hour
Describe the atmosphere rather than building a four-hour playlist. Share a few artists, genres, eras, cultural influences, and songs that capture the feeling you want.
Introductions
List every person in order, provide phonetic pronunciations, select one song or separate songs, and decide whether entrances should feel elegant, energetic, or understated.
First dance
Confirm the exact recording, preferred starting point, full-song or edited length, ending, and whether guests or family will be invited onto the floor.
Family and chosen-family dances
Every dance is optional. Parents may be separated, divorced, deceased, blended, or represented by someone else. Choose the people and wording that genuinely fit your family.
Must-plays
